ALASKA ITINERARY

June 24 Drive about 2 hours to Eureka and start walking.

June 25-July 2 Backpack traverse 100 miles across the Talkeetna Mountains.

July 2 Arrive at the confluence of Prairie Creek with the Talkeetna R.

July 3-5 Raft the Talkeetna River.

July 5 Float into the town of Talkeetna. Celebratory drinks and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in a lodge.

July 6 Drive to Anchorage and catch flights home.
